We offer the ability to screen your mail with a virus protection system that is updated four (4) times each day. In addition, all incoming mail is checked against known Spamming sites and blocked. Once the mail is checked, we forward the mail on to you at your private e-mail address. Your friends only know you by your @cellmail.com address.

Mail filtering for your company

Cellmail will filter the mail going to your network and remove offending spam mail and ensuring you have very few false positives. With spam growing at 15% per month and in some cases, nearly 80% of the total volume, you can not afford to be without mail filtering. We roughly achieve 75% reduction in the arriving spam for generic users. These are real numbers and not marketing hype.
In addition, we will provide high quality Anti-virus protection for your incoming messages. This is key as it helps to reduce the threat to your business, lowers the volume of mail into your network (lower bandwidth cost), and reduces your internal help desk complaint load.
You will receive a daily, weekly, or a monthly report (your choice) of the mail sent to your company mail system and the rejection rate. It will include a number of useful details about your message load.
If needed, we can provided detailed listing of all valid mail received to include:

Time received
Mail precedence
Time forwarded
Who the message was from
Country the mail was from
Who it is being delivered to within your company
Size of the mail (in kilobytes)

As long as you manage your DNS server, you can have Cellmail provide mail filtering for you. Our rates are very low cost.
We offer fixed monthly pricing or by valid mail received.
Example: only $0.02 per mail in small quantities for valid mails we receive in your company domain name and then forward to your network.
Note: this is only recommended for networks with very low traffic. There is a minimun charge for the billing process.

50,001 to 100,000 valid mails a month is $150.00 month
